Shipping Details :
Shipping is done via EMS (Express Mail Service). We also offer you
shipping ( courier ) service of your choice.The prices of our items
on the website are FOB Bangkok. All other charges like shipping,
insurance, C&F etc. are payable by the customer. We charge you
as-per-actuals for these expenses.

We normally
ship retail orders on the same working day. In case, we are
short of stock, we shall intimate you by email the delivery date.
For
wholesale orders, the shipping charges are calcualted on basis
of city of delivery, total weight of the goods and type of shipping
company. When you place the wholesale order, we shall calculate the
exact shipping expense and let you know by email.
For wholesale orders, our delivery time will be
2 weeks from the date of confirmation.

Return and Refund Policy :
The goods ones sold will not be taken back under any
circumstances unless and otherwise the goods sent is the item other
than the ordered Item. Either replacement or a full refund will be
given for this mistake.
Goods will be replaced or repaired if
any manufacturing defects are found.

Payment :
We start processing of retail orders only on realising the full payment.
For wholesale orders the customer pays, 40% advance as confirmation
of the order. After the goods are manufactured and ready for shipment,
we shall send you a mail. The customer should clear the rest 60%.
Then, we shall ship the goods on the same day.
We accept payments by Credit Card, International Bank Drafts, T.T.
( wire transfer ). Kindly make all you payments payable to :
