Qus. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Ans. If your order items are in stock, we can ship you immediately. In case, of shortage of stock we shall manufacture it for you. Normal production takes two weeks for shipping.
Qus. What company do you use for shipping?
Ans. In general cases we use the Priority Registered Airmail which is the cheapest and reliable option for small orders. The cost for packets
less than 500 Grams is US$ 8.00. The shipping cost goes up marginally for additional weight per packet which we shall be able inform you after receving your order details.
Another method we usually recommend for order value of over US$200 is by FedEx pack (US$ 30) for packets not exceeding 500 Grams.
Qus. What forms of payment do you accept?
Ans. We accept Paypal, Credit cards (Master Card & Visa), Bank wire transfer and Western Union.
Qus. What if an item is out of stock ?
Ans. Due to the ever changing nature of our inventory we are frequently adding and selling items from our store. In case, we are out of stock, we shall inform you the exact delivery date by mail.
